Jason was born in Chicago and grew up in Woodstock, IL. His training at Northern Illinois University focused on Theatre Design and Technology with a specific focus in the area of stage management. In the summer of 2005 he spent a month in Russia studying at the Moscow Art Theatre with fellow students from NIU. In October of 2006 Jason will be working as the Stage Management Intern with the Goodman Theatre on their production of A Christmas Carol.
