Patricia Skarbinski was born in Poland, but grew up in Brooklyn,
New York. After completing her undergraduate degree at Washington
University in St. Louis she received a Fulbright scholarship to

before returning to performing and her study of acting. She
decided to pursue her graduate degree at Northern Illinois University
